  1. The Japanese government is considering the adoption of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the sports industry, as reported by Nikkei. Tokyo may take action following the release of a white paper by the ruling Liberal Democratic Party Web3 "Digital Society Promotion" team, which aims to provide regulatory guidance for NFT-issuing companies and their sports-related partners. The Web3 team has acknowledged the increasing popularity of "fantasy sports" overseas and aims to promote the participation of domestic companies in this sector.
  2. PostFinance, a leading bank in Switzerland, has joined forces with Sygnum Bank, a digital asset services provider, to offer cryptocurrency trading and storage services to its customers. Through this partnership, PostFinance's 2.5 million customers will have the ability to buy, sell, and store Bitcoin and Ethereum, two of the most prominent cryptocurrencies globally. The collaboration also has plans to include additional tokens in the future.
  3. Mastercard Inc has formed a partnership with Stables, an Australian stablecoin platform, to introduce a digital wallet integration for stablecoins. This collaboration aims to enable retail customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to utilize their stablecoins for purchases at any merchant that accepts Mastercard.
