* I finished reading Sell Like Crazy by Sabri Suby and am generally confused.

Frankie Fihn, in your book, you specifically advise niching down and only working with selected niches, so 90% of the work is already done before even closing the deal. Leveraging and re-using the created assets.

In Sabri’s book, he goes over the 8-Step Selling System (a funnel creation), which he used for 57 niches, generating 1.3B in sales (so he claims). His marketing agency is far from being specialized. How on earth has he had these big results? How is his agency able to pull that off?

I want to blow them away with no ad budget given to me, some rad content scheduled on IG FB social channels or what would be would best to drive local interest to a place for comment and likes, so i can reach out to each personally? And which types of content would you suggest for a patriotic small hvac company in a beachy type town vibe , fair, transparent?

but…. I want to compete (friendly, kinda) to see which one of us proves more valuable in the end for this hvac company

* I'm running FB ads for fulfillment to get more carpet cleaning jobs for my clients.

The fulfillment is running ads, and then calling the leads and doing live transfers. These are lower ticket offers.

Campaigns were running well in the beginning but have started to fade. I'm worried that the clientay cancel since ad costs and our fee may be too expensive to be worth it.

Is it better to just start with another "$100" customer for our clients? In the book Frankie wrote, I feel like we've been after Nickel customers.

I'm stuck at what to do, or if even trying to fulfill through Facebook is valid anymore
