Weekly Q&A
Topics include:
* How have you automated your reporting? It's the most annoying part of my month.
* How did you come up with the systems that you use to operate your agency?
* Anyone working with realtors? Are you still able to get them decent results despite this tough market time?
* Do you really have to do client approvals for content creation such as the ad copy?
So they interfere and undermine your expertise? Delays?
Any thoughts?
* What sort of profit percentage are you guys seeing on 7 figures?
* I just finished reading the book. I have been running my agency for 7 years now and have gained a handful of recurring clients. The question I have now is that I don’t know how to niche down.
Do I start a new brand?
I don’t more than one client in one industry. I only have clients in a broader industry, i.e. plumbers, electricians, roofers in home services industry. Or dentists, chiropractors, medic spa in the health industry.
If I do start a new brand, my portfolio won’t be impressive enough for the niche that I have chosen.
What should I do? Thank you very much for your time. Appreciate any insight or feedback.
* when do you decide to add on another niche that is totally separate than the one you are in? but the service delivery is similar.
