The Weekly One: How many cushions have you thrown?

I will admit that I wasn't quite sure how to start this email today, so I decided to ask my 9-year-old for inspiration.?

Here's his answer to my question:?

"I will throw one of my cushions on the floor so I'll trip over it!"

But what the heck was my question? Well, for an extra clue, here's the 6-year-old's answer to the same question:?

"You'll just tell me. A lot!"?

?Have you guessed what it is yet??

Full marks to anyone who said:

"How do you remember to do things you need to do?"?

When we are at work, there can be so many different spinning plates, and this can lead to overwhelm and make it tricky to actually get things done.

I thought it would be really useful to share my top work-based productivity hacks with you to see if they can calm any overwhelm, and reduce any procrastination you might experience. I hope you find it so useful. I'd welcome any feedback you might have. You can come and discuss it in my free Facebook group here:?https://www.facebook.com/groups/aspiringpsychologistcommunity

Media:?

This month there is a great review of The Aspiring Psychologist podcast in the 'Psychologist' magazine which is sent to anyone registered with the British Psychological Society, so that feels pretty cool for a bit of media from me this week!?

?Thanks as ever for being part of my world. Take care of you!
