Weekly Nugget: The Power of Community

We’ve recently returned from Dallas, Texas, after attending a quarterly and annual meeting for EOS?. I was amazed, again, at the power of community.
We were probably about 600 people in the room, it was a massive conference room, plus another 250 people in virtual space with us. So, it was a massive congregation. We heard incredible speakers. We were inspired.?We had to bring our reports to the table and discuss it with our peers.
It was invigorating, it was inspirational, and it really bound us together again. The power of community is incredible. If we're all working together, and we all have the same core values, and we all go into the same direction, it's incredibly powerful.?I've seen, throughout all the presentations, through all of the workshops, that we could share resources freely, because we all believe in ‘help first’.
We all believe in abundance, there’s enough for all of us - so we have these same core values.?I would highly recommend for you to find a community that you can be part of.?The EOS? community is incredible for us as EOS Implementers?, we have our sessions, but then you, as EOS? clients (or potential clients), also have your quarterlies, and your sessions, where you could be together.?
We have a conference for our clients as well, which is enormous, and it will be in San Diego this year. Every year it's in a different place.
So, think about this. The power of community is incredible, and it's a gift that keeps on giving.
