Weekly Nugget: Diversity of Businesses

It is really inspiring to me to see the variety and diversity of companies that I get to work with through my EOS? practice. My client list includes companies like a storage provider, an engineering company, a slaughterhouse, a charity taking homeless off the streets, an audio-visual company, a company of funeral homes, a company with integrated farming and food processing with retail outlets, a real estate marketing company, an interior decorating and staging company, and many more.

It's incredible for me to see how different these companies are, how different the people are inside the companies, but also, how similar they are. ?And how EOS? can bring us all together. EOS? is built on firm foundations of timeless principles and human behavior. It's really great to see how we, as EOS Implementers?, as people working with EOS?, can bring the company to a place where the Vision? component is really on track, where everyone in the company knows exactly where we're going, and how we're going to get there.?

Secondly, the Traction? component follows, where everyone in the company knows how to execute so that we can row in one direction to achieve that vision.

And thirdly, the Healthy component - that we make sure the teams are healthy, that they can have open and honest dialogue, that they have the right people in the right seats, and all these people are working together to execute on that Vision?.?

So there you have it; huge diversity of companies, huge complexity that we simplify, and we bring together with some timeless principles to execute on those things like Vision?, Traction? and Healthy. It's amazing to be on this journey with these people, it's amazing privilege.?
