Italy orders 24 additional Eurofighter typhoons, strengthening European Air defence

The leaders of Eurofighter and NETMA (NATO Eurofighter and Tornado Management Agency) have signed a contract for up to 24 new Eurofighter Typhoon jets for the Italian Air Force. Air Canada expands fleet with five more Airbus A220-300s

As Air Canada celebrates its fifth anniversary with the Airbus A220, the airline has placed a firm order for five additional A220-300 aircraft. This brings Air Canada’s total firm orders for the popular aircraft to 65. The new order follows an initial purchase in 2016 for 45 A220-300s, with a subsequent reorder of 15 in 2022.

Since its first A220 delivery in December 2019, Air Canada has become the North American launch operator of the A220-300. The airline currently operates the aircraft on more than 70 destinations and has praised the A220 for its efficiency, customer appeal, and role in expanding its network. Read More..
