Emirates orders five more Boeing 777 freighters??

Boeing and Emirates SkyCargo have announced an order for five additional 777 Freighters. This decision reflects the operator’s continued preference for the world’s most capable twin-engine freighter. The new order increases Emirates’ total order book to 245 Boeing widebody airplanes. This includes a total of 10 777 Freighters. Emirates SkyCargo, the cargo division of Emirates, is the world’s largest international airline. Its investment in the 777 Freighter will increase main deck cargo capacity by 30 percent by 2026. Overall, Emirates’ freighter fleet will expand to 17 airplanes. This includes 777 Freighters, 777 converted freighters, and 747 Freighters. Read More…

Pratt & Whitney completes F135 ECU design review??

Pratt & Whitney, a business unit of RTX, has completed the preliminary design review (PDR) for the F135 Engine Core Upgrade (ECU). This review confirms that the ECU’s design is on schedule and surpassing expectations. The upgrade will enhance engine durability and performance.
