- The agreement is for a period of ten years and will allow an acceleration of the roll out of the CPH2 #technology across Australia and New Zealand as the #market for hydrogen grows rapidly ??
- CPH2 has also executed a deed of variation to its existing supply agreement with Fabrum to allow it to purchase DPWG Cryocoolers for embedding in its MFE products on an exclusive basis ?
- CPH2 is committed to its #strategictarget of 4GW MFE annual production by 2030; of this 1GW will be in-house #manufacturing and assembly and 3GW will be via license agreements such as that agreed with Fabrum ??

- Also proposed in the plan is the Net Zero Industry Act, which would speed up the issuance of permits for #green projects, and the Critical Raw Materials Act, which would aim to secure the EU supply of rare earth #minerals vital to developing net-zero technologies ?
- The stations will be geared towards #heavyduty vehicles on major European road corridors, enabling the development of hydrogen’s use for goods #transportation ??
- The venture, due to launch this year, aims to deploy the stations on roads in France, Benelux and Germany in the coming years, under the TotalEnergies brand ?

- The offtake agreements with an unnamed major #chemical company and Approtium, a South Korean hydrogen producer, involve up to 500,000 tonnes and 250,000 tonnes a year respectively ??
- TGI Solar Power Group has also brokered a partnership with TEAL Chimie & Energie, that will launch the company into the #greenenergy sector. TGI and green ammonia specialists TEAL, are looking to optimise the zero-emission ammonia #production market significantly. TGI will deploy TEAL’s green ammonia production plants in the coming years ??
- TEAL’s major focus has been developing and #constructing its green ammonia production sites in North America, with the first 400MW of power to be installed at locations in Quebec, Canada, Northeast USA and the Southwestern United States ???
- Jonathan Martel, CEO of TEAL, said “Additionally, we plan to develop facilities around the world to produce millions of tonnes of green ammonia from water and air. Ammonia saved #humanity from #starvation a century ago as a replacement for depleted sources of #fertilisers , and history will repeat itself.
