Cool features ??on Viva Topics roadmap

Chris McNulty shared a list of great, new features that are on the closest release roadmap of Viva Topics. Check how new functionalities will support the possibility to manage, share and organize topics in the admin center. Plus you will few interesting features prepared for the end-users.

"We released Viva Topics in February 2021, and since then we’ve been working with our Early Adopter Program customers to help them put knowledge to work in their organizations – and help learn how to enhance and extend Topics to deliver great experiences for our customers.

We’ve collected the most common knowledge-sharing scenarios and applications from our early adopter customers, and included them in the Viva Topics Use Case Catalog as a quick way to get started applying Viva Topics and driving value from knowledge in your organization."



Remember ?? about Office 365 pricelist change - 1 March 2022

Microsoft announced that on 1 March 20220 prices of Microsoft 365 plans will be increased. New pricing of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 subscriptions is something that will be presented sooner or later. Costs of Office 365 licenses going up for the first time in the last few years.

Focus Time ?? app in Windows 11

Garry Trinder shared a very interesting finding in Windows 11 features: Focus Time app - a super simple solution that could help you take care of your wellbeing.

New ?? SharePoint Online features

New year = new SharePoint features. Mike Kashman prepared a December summary of new functionalities that soon will be available on SharePoint Online.

The one I'm waiting for is: manage verticals in Microsoft Search - new search filtering based on metadata.

SPMT ?? supports the workflow migration

Since 6th January 2022 SharePoint Migration Tool supports migration of the OOTB workflows from SharePoint Server to Power Automate. Feature is available in Public Preview.

"Microsoft removed SharePoint Server 2010 workflow services from existing tenants on November 1, 2020. We recommend that you move your classic SharePoint Server workflows to Power Automate flows.

Using the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT), you can now migrate your SharePoint Server flows to Microsoft 365. Workflow migration is limited to:
