The final weekend of the schools holidays was predictably another quiet one in terms of auction activity. Marshall White successfully sold both properties scheduled for auction last Saturday with a superbly renovated Art Deco residence at 10 Waltham St, Richmond being contested by 5 potential buyers before selling for an undisclosed price. While there is an increase in the number of properties listed for auction for the remainder of winter that volume will easily be absorbed by the continued strong demand.
