We announce an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator in the Outsourcing Services industry. Our client is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain their Salesforce environment and integrated systems, such as Cvent and Marketo.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:
- Manage Salesforce and Integrated Systems: Configure and customize Salesforce and third-party applications to meet business needs, ensuring data integrity and optimizing system performance.
- Collaborate with Developers: Work alongside development teams to enhance system functionality, monitor system limits, storage usage, API calls, and license usage.
- Ensure Security and Compliance: Configure access controls, monitor for potential threats, and enforce best practices to maintain system security.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, resolve queries, and manage user profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Data Management: Oversee data imports and maintain accurate documentation while staying informed about Salesforce features and trends.
- Incident Management - USUP Level 4
- Release and Deployment - RELM Level 3
- Knowledge Management - KNOW Level 3
- Application Support - ASUP Level 3
- Customer Service Support - CSMG Level 3
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and support experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud.
- Extensive experience in configuration, including workflows, process builders, custom objects/fields, security settings, and reports/dashboards.
- Strong experience in managing user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Expertise in proactive system maintenance (Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL environments and Salesforce best practices.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing risks and time effectively.
- Proven ability to create quality documentation (KB articles, technical designs, release notes).
- A passion for professional growth and a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are highly regarded.
- Experience with Cvent and Marketo integrations with Salesforce is a plus.
- Development experience with Salesforce Apex, Visual Force, LWC, and APIs is desirable.
- Understanding of integration concepts and experience with third-party platform APIs.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
The budget for this role is ?20-26 LPA.
