He said people practice connecting with others daily, whether it's at work or within their family or community.

“How you channel that into the situation right in front of you is the reflection point. How do I take that and make it fit for this situation, for this audience that is looking for me to do it, but in a way that’s authentic to me?”

During a recent webinar titled "Navigating DEI’s Challenging Environment and Setting Goals for 2024," Laura Neuenschwander , Senior Director of Global Inclusion, Diversity and Equity at 美敦力 , and Chloe Lemelle, Ph.D. , Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at AT&T , stressed the importance of maintaining DEI commitments.
