During her acceptance speech, Hershey President and CEO Michele Buck said when she assumed her role, she spoke with leadership about the need to cultivate a workplace of belonging to drive innovation, problem-solving and success.

"Fast forward to today, and togetherness has become an always on business capability, pushing us forward on our journey from a U.S. confectionery company to a leading snacking powerhouse."

EY's Ken Bouyer on Supporting Students

During a TED-Style Talk, Ken Bouyer , Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Recruiting Leader at 安永 Americas (a Fair360 Hall of Fame company), emphasized the challenge of opposition to DEI initiatives on college campuses, urging leaders to support students affected by anti-DEI legislation and to stay committed to the pursuit of fairness and inclusion, likening it to a modern-day civil rights movement.
