The BHIVE family is beyond excited to announce our latest launch, THE BHIVE SHOW, a podcast wherein Shesh Rao Paplikar , our CEO, talks to prominent dignitaries, tracking their personal and professional journeys, and bringing out unheard stories. Here's what Shesh has to tell you about the show.

"So basically the idea of The BHIVE Show is to be able to bring the stories of successful and inspiring people out there, a personal recollection of their journey, what all they had to do in order to ultimately reach where they are today. I think the idea has also been that the target audience is typically people who look up to inspirational people because achieving success is not easy. Typically it's rarely easy, rarely a chance, right? So any successful person there would have had a lot of struggles, stories, endurance, determination, and motivation.

A lot of these roadblocks are usually there for anyone and there's a lack of shows where the focus is on the personal journey. And I think I wanted to leverage the fact that I had access to a lot of successful people, as part of my own journey as the CEO of BHIVE Workspace . Quite often, at a party or a networking gathering, I would anyway have these conversations because I personally also always like to understand them personally and their journey.

If a founder of, let's say, big companies, comes to the show, it won't really be about their company's business plan or business future. This is about them. How did they reach there? Why did they even start that company? It's more personal. And I feel that we need to bring out those perspectives. I think that those personal stories can really give a lot of inspiration. I would say that for me personally, reading biographies is one of my favorite leisures. When you read a biography of Steve Jobs, it's not about Apple, it's about Steve Jobs. It is about his struggle, about how he came. It is Steve Jobs who is inspiring me, not Apple in that sense, right? So I feel it is about them and their struggle and why did they make the different kinds of decisions they did.

It's not necessarily a mini biography, but a similar kind of inspiration is what THE BHIVE SHOW would give, taking you through personal incidents and stories. We have a lot of such successful people, who can be founders, spokespersons, politicians, movie makers, or actors. I think there is a common trait between all of them. They are all typically people who are quite hardworking and passionate. They have endurance. They would have quite often faced difficult times and worked through them. And I think this can be an inspiration. Whoever is watching it, should know, yes, this big personality also went through tough times and still achieved success."
