BHIVE hits 1 MILLION SQ. FT. workspace footprint with Whitefield launch
BHIVE has achieved a significant milestone of 1 million square feet of shared workspaces across Bengaluru with the addition of its newest facility in Whitefield, Bengaluru, right outside the upcoming Garudacharapalya Metro Station. The newest facility is spread across 23,000 square feet and offers?700 seats. We are further expanding our presence in the key business districts of the city, taking the total facility count to 19 across the city. This milestone assumes significance for a homegrown shared workspace provider which has been at the forefront of offering an affordable office experience to thousands.?
Commenting on the launch, Shesh Rao Paplikar , Co-founder and CEO of BHIVE Workspace said, “It is indeed a matter of pride for us as we hit the milestone of 1 million square feet of shared workspace across Bengaluru in our endeavor to democratize this space. Over the past eight years, we have been offering the industry-best solutions through our carefully designed shared workspaces with state-of-the-art amenities for thousands of our occupiers who have continued to impose their faith on us. We are excited to announce that we are growing from strength to strength and have added a new facility in Whitefield to cater to the growing demand for satellites and offices closer to employees’ residences.”?
The company has already signed up 12+ properties this year and the addition of this new facility takes the total footprint to over 1 million square feet across Bengaluru, making it one of the largest shared office space providers with over 23,000 seats in total.

Flipkart partners with eDAO to launch a virtual shopping experience in the Metaverse
Flipkart has announced its partnership with eDAO , a Polygon-incubated organization that designs and launches global art, media & entertainment IPs at scale in the world of Web3, to launch Flipverse.
The idea behind Flipverse is to create a metaverse space where customers get an opportunity to discover products in a photorealistic virtual destination, said Flipkart. The e-commerce giant added that Flipverse would offer consumers gamified, immersive, and interactive shopping experiences.
Flipverse also aims to enable brands to create unique product launches, discovery, and inspiring experiences to engage users. Simultaneously, it will give brands the ability to generate and create their metaverse-ready digital twin.

Last weekend, we had friendly yet fiery cricket matches hosted at the Sports Zone of BHIVE Workspace, HSR Campus. The event was one among many conducted as part of?Headstart Network Foundation's HSX 2022, India's Largest Entrepreneurship Conclave, an event in association with?BHIVE Workspace and powered by?DBS Bank. Kudos to the enthusiasm shown by Anindita Panigrahi & Muskan Dakuda to battle it out with the boys from Headstart.
