The boom of coworking spaces as an industry and what it means

As we speak about the growth of coworking spaces in Bengaluru, it is key to mention some of the lasting effects of the pandemic that devastated many among us. On a positive note, post the pandemic, companies have realized that people don’t have to be monitored at all times and that micromanagement in fact hampers the performance of many.

The work-from-anywhere phase has devised a form of trust in employees. Most managements now understand the ease of having happier employees who work remotely. This has also revolutionized the concept of coworking as more and more players in the market now understand the convenience and advantages of working from coworking spaces instead of traditional office spaces. Hybrid and flexible workspaces are becoming the modern workspace solutions for most companies.?

According to a recent study, global startups are expected to lease 29 million square feet from 2022-2024, jumping by a factor of 1.3, from 2019-2021. To illustrate, BHIVE has grown from two to nine hundred thousand sq. ft., over a short span of two years. All indications point toward a bright future for coworking. SaaS billing startup Zenskar raises $3.5M in a seed funding round

New York / Bengaluru-based SaaS billing startup, Zenskar, raised $3.5 million in the seed funding round led by Bessemer Ventures.

Founded in 2022 by?Apurv Bansal and Saurabh Agrawal, Zenskar is offering a flexible billing platform for SaaS companies to handle any complexities that rise in pricing.?

The Buzz - The flexible billing platform has the potential to enable sales teams to get creative while ensuring no mishaps of billing inaccuracies and delays. Probably on the way to becoming a modern sales disruptor, let's see what the future beholds for Zenskar.
