Curating a healthy coworking community
Having gained experience from curating the high-networking #coworkingcommunity at BHIVE Workspace , there are various aspects I would say one should consider while aiming to curate an active coworking community. Following are a few ideas I feel are quite important in that aspect!
To begin with, we offered workspaces that are affordable in the long run, continuing to be a place the community loves belonging to. We have always attempted to be a workspace that meets all your requirements and a hassle-free work environment with common areas and breakout zones that promote networking by design.
There is a seamless integration of productivity, networking, and entertainment across our workspaces, creating a bridge to luxury that inspires and empowers everyone to dominate any challenge.
A holistic approach was taken to include entrepreneurs from all arrays of business streams with added focus on curating a positive culture within the community. This enables the members to network with leading/upcoming #entrepreneurs and other niche communities.
There should be regular events that promote both skill and community building with equal entertainment and community events that let you and your team unwind, reducing any chances for #burnout.
These are all tasks we had undertaken as an organization to ensure that we are curating a functioning coworking community across our workspaces in the city. We have seen these actions bearing fruit and would suggest you create similar roadmaps to succeed in creating that ideal community for your coworkers.

Bounce Infinity raises $20 Million from existing investors
EV startup Bounce Infinity has raised $20 Million from existing #investors including? Sequoia Capital , providing a cash runway while #bounce continues discussions for a strategic sale or a larger #fundraising round, according to a report by The Economic Times .?
Bounce’s CEO Vivekananda Hallekere confirmed closing the first tranche of the funding round and participation of existing backers including Sequoia in the round to the above publication.
Launched in May 2018, Bounce, the brainchild of Vivekananda Hallekere , Anil G , and Varun Agni , has raised over $234 Million from investors to date. The recent development comes weeks after?Bounce laid off about 3-4% of its #workforce.

Zoho reports ?2,749 Crores in Profit!
Zoho , the Chennai-based #saas #unicorn recently reported a 43.3% increase in profit to ?2,749 Crores in FY22, compared to FY21. Additionally, the operations revenue was reported to have surged 28.3% to ?6,711 Crores.
The largest cost center for the company turned out to be #employeebenefits expenditure, accounting for 51.1% of the total expenditure. Zoho’s #advertisingandmarketing costs have increased 2x to ?715 Crores in FY22.
