Growth-Stage Deals:

• udaan.com (B2B e-commerce platform) secured $75 million funding in a Series G round.

• Waterfield Advisors has secured an $18 million investment, with Jungle Ventures leading the round.

• Spyne has raised $16 million in its Series A funding round.

• The Whole Truth Foods , has raised $15 million in a funding round led by the Belgian investment fund Sofina.

• Other Growth-Stage Startups: Dogsee Chew , Rare Rabbit , CREDIT FAIR , and Curefoods .

Early-Stage Deals:

• 12 startups raised $33.4 million funding.
• Singulr AI , has raised $10 million in funding from Nexus and Dell Technologies.

• Seed funding deals are at the top with 6 deals.
• Followed by Series A, pre-Series A, Series G and others.

Funding Trend:

• Weekly startup funding dropped by 51%, reaching $184.4 million compared to approximately $375.52 million raised the pervious week.
• 8-week average: $308.3 million with 26 deals per week.

Top M&A Deals:

• Visa processing startup Atlys acquires UK-based ARTIONIS to enter UK market.

• Fintech startup PayRange acquires Turns , a vertical SaaS startup in the laundry industry.

• Yuma Energy acquires Grinntech to strengthen its battery technology and manufacturing capabilities.

• Other M&A: InCred Group acquires Arrow Capital DIFC, expanding its presence in the Middle East.

Top Fund Launches:

• The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Center (IN-SPACe) has launched a $57.58 million fund to back early-stage space technology startups.
