Phil, Cassie Yeung's TikTok cooking tutorials are a fantastic example of how digital platforms are fostering cross-cultural connections in our world. These platforms empower individuals to share their culinary heritage with a global audience, promoting cultural understanding and appreciation. It also fuels creativity, as people can learn and incorporate different cuisines and techniques into their own cooking. Furthermore, these platforms democratize access to global culinary knowledge and can even drive economic benefits by boosting demand for international ingredients. Digital platforms like TikTok are not just about entertainment, but serve as a vehicle for cultural exchange and connection in our increasingly interconnected world.
