The workplace can have a positive impact on sleep, promoting good routines, personal development and mental fulfillment, a positive social context and support.
The team members' sleep health status can impact the team and organization in various ways - good sleep promotes sustaining attention & performance, alertness, productivity, staying healthy, and how much we are inclined to socialize.
