The Weekly Edition: It's a new world for WNY's auto dealers

Anyone who's tried to buy a car in the last couple of years knows the auto industry looks a lot different than it used to.

Lower inventory levels caused by supply chain issues and materials/labor shortages. Customers doing their vehicle shopping mostly —if not entirely — online. Higher interest in hybrid or electric vehicles.

Are these short-term changes? Maybe not.
