The financials of the deal remained undisclosed. One Point One Solutions, a Navi Mumbai-based BPM service provider, marked its overseas foray by announcing its first acquisition of smaller IT-enabled services firm ITCube Solutions for ?84 crore. With the acquisition, One Point One Solutions could also reduce the headcount and improve the margins driven by automation and AI of around 40% of the business and thereby get a 10% uptick to profitability, Chhabra said. The NSE-listed firm expects to complete the transaction by 1 April, 2026.
PhonePe’s Indus Appstore offers 2 lakh apps in 12 Indian languages
PhonePe has launched its Indus Appstore, an Android-based mobile app store. It is PhonePe’s attempt at creating a more competitive and localised mobile app store economy for India. The event was attended by many startup founders and tech industry leaders, the company said in release. Indus Appstore allows Indian consumers to download over 2 lakh mobile apps and games across 45 categories. Users will be able to discover these apps in 12 Indian languages. The app store also offers a short video-based discovery feature.

Bharti Airtel introduced in-flight roaming plans for customers that will allow them to stay connected while on-board a flight, with tariff rates starting at ?195. For a seamless travel experience, Airtel has tied up with Aeromobile to enable the best in-flight connectivity across 19 airlines flying across different international sectors, the company said.??Customers subscribed to roaming packs priced at ?2,997 for prepaid and ?3,999 for postpaid and above will automatically enjoy the in-flight roaming benefit at no additional cost. ??
