1 年Wow - I am surprised to see a FERC commissioner speaking out about concerns about reliability in a PJM - the market that most famously runs a separate market designed to ensure there is enough capacity to ensure reliability but for a 1 in 10 year event. What happened? It was only a matter of a few years ago when states within the interconnection were complaining that PJM was procuring far too much capacity?
