Important update:?the introduction of non-fractional shares

From now onwards, the minimum investment ticket for equity rounds will align with the startup's share price, based on its valuation. This means ticket amounts will be rounded to the nearest multiple of the share price, instead of fixed values like €500 or €1,000.

For example, with a share price of €37.6, tickets might be rounded to €1,015 or €2,519. For Convertible and SAFE rounds, it’s business as usual—fixed ticket prices apply, as share price calculation is not required.
