Weekly Update!! Another busy week.. New campuses were announced across the globe, Ireland confirmed there will not be a moratorium for data center developments, and Singapore has finally lifted the moratorium.

2 年The datacenter outages due to the heat wave in UK makes me wonder; Is this really heat wave issue or more of an underpinning infrastructure issues Datacenters are unlikely to be at 100% load, I recall seeing some stats that puts DC loads on average at 50% to 75% (some definitely will be way higher) There is always cooling capacity of more than 20% redundancy of actual IT load. Marginal increase in thermal envelope should be tolerable and manageable !!!!
