Weekly Challenge #3 - Brain Foods
This week, see how many items you can incorporate into your menu off of the list of 8 brain foods (see the Eat Smart Be Smart article). Notice meals where you can fit one of these foods in. Maybe you are out to lunch and decide to order the salmon salad that has walnuts in it, or you sprinkle a handful of blueberries in your mid-morning yogurt cup. When you go grocery shopping, keep the list in mind or type it into your phone for quick reference.
