Weekly Challenge #2 - Growing New Habits
Choose one new regular daily habit that is just for you (meditation, yoga, deep breathing practice, exercise, journaling, cooking a meal you usually grab fast-food for or skip) and aim to practice it 5 times this week.
It can be as simple as taking 5 minutes out of your schedule. The key is consistency, at this point, you can always build on the amount of time later after the habit is developed and you are starting to feel the benefits.
Notice how you feel at the end of the week. Didn’t reach the goal of 5 days? That’s okay. Even one or two days is better than none. Try again next week!
