Weekends well spent! (Audibite.com)

A few weeks back, I think it was 3 weeks back, actually no, it was more than a month back when I first read about Google's NotebookLM. I read an article and then I quickly went to YouTube to search for some videos on the same, when I saw some videos of how life-like these AI generated Podcasts sound, I was simply blown away. I was in awe! And it's not easy to have me awestruck. For people who may not know; Google's NotebookLM, short for Notebook Language Model, is a tool designed to assist users in organizing and interacting with their notes more effectively by leveraging AI technology. It integrates machine learning capabilities to help summarize, analyze, and explore the content of notes, making it easier for users to manage information and derive insights from their data. Also, it creates some amazing Podcasts.

I listened to a few podcasts on my phone and a person had even put his CV within NotebookLM to have it create a podcast of their CV. I thought to myself, that's a great idea. So I did the same, I uploaded my CV to NotebookLM and it created an amazing podcast of my CV. Below is the link to that: NotebookLM Podcast of my CV

I will upload my reaction video to my own CV podcast soon!

Post creating this podcast, I started experimenting with the tool even more and started to upload even more documents for it to create such audios for those documents. And you know, NotebookLM created some amazing audios. That made me think, only if I could share this with more people who may also be looking for something similar, such as explainer for NIST Risk Management Framework or preparing for CISSP exam or GDPR. Then it made me think, isn't it a great way to also showcase to one's professional network all the things you are reading, listening or learning and it could help you connect with people who are also looking for something similar. Wouldn't it be a great if we had a large audio library of knowledge content for people to showcase the knowledge they are acquiring and also helping others to learn as they make that journey. Also, a CV is way cooler as a podcast than just a piece of paper. However, I am not advocating for moving away from CV's altogether, if we did, how would we even create such amazing podcasts.

All of this led me to bring up: Audibite - Knowledge bite size.

As I went about setting up Audibite it got me really excited about the possibilities. But, I know, I can only do enough, as I continue to make Audibite even better and more useful for people to share their knowledge bite size in forms of some amazing AI generated podcasts. I would like to invite you all to try out the platform, listen to some Bites, share it with your friends and share your feedback.

I personally find most joy in the act of creation. Be it writing, storytelling or creating products that makes me really happy. The weekends spent in setting Audibite up has been absolutely amazing. There were times I was extremely annoyed, but kept at it, and now I have a functioning web application that not only helps me but has potential to help so many other people.

Also, thank you 谷歌 for creating NotebookLM, it's simply amazing!
