?WEEKEND WARM UP IDEAS?

Hey everyone! The weekend is upon us which probably means most of you have games scheduled in over the next couple of days.

Here's a simple pass and move exercise you can incorporate into your warm up routine to encourage communication before a game ??

The Setup ??

?Number players 1-11

?You can use 1 or 2 balls

?1 passes to 2, 2 passes to 3 etc

?Once you've made a pass, sprint to a cone on the outside and then rejoin play!
