Weekend update: Here comes the big "push week"!

So this is Days 17/18/19 all combined into one weekend update. We have busy since Friday locking down the Unicorns & Rainbows crazy ideas, placing the volunteers where we need them, locking in the content and conversations, reaching out to locations to host Sept 10th in-person activities, updating the branding, trying to line up the Instagram feed so it looks pretty, reaching out to partners to participate, and finalizing the press release for distribution.

Here's what's coming up for the Week of August 17th:

THREE WEEKS FROM THE EVENT!

1. Social Media takeover - we'll be asking all of our registrants, participants, volunteers, and staff to push out a social tile that looks like this (with a link to the reg site at https://ageofconversationsummit.splashthat.com)

2. We'll be finalizing the last few remaining roundtable session leaders, specifically filling out a few for global time zones, so if you want to lead a conversation in Zoom meetings, please let us know this week!

3. We'll be focused on pushing out the content & conversation announcements so people know what they're signing up for.

4. We'll be exploring the technical capabilities of the QiqoChat platform and starting to build it out for the event, as well as the pages that will house the On Demand content.

5. Pushing out surveys and communications to current registrants and email blasts to drive registrations.

6. Creating and driving conversation in the Slack channel.

7. Locking in community partners to support experiences, scholarships, and other ideas.

This is a community event, by the event community, for the event community, and we're so excited to have you along for the ride!
