OpenAI Acquires Rockset to Enhance Data Processing and Analytic Capabilities
In a busy year for acquisitions OpenAI have taken another step to tower over their competition by acquiring real-time analytics company, Rockset.
We know you’re after all the juicy details, and although financial specifics have yet to be disclosed, Reuters suggests that it would have been in the nine-figure range, making it OpenAI’s priciest acquisition yet.
Sending Emails With Apex: setTargetObjectId() vs. setToAddresses()
When the worlds of emails and Apex collide, you’re ultimately left with two options: setTargetObjectId() and setToAddresses().
Although both methods serve the purpose of specifying the recipients of an email, they have distinct use cases and advantages.?
You might know that setTargetObjectId() sets the Target Object ID of the recipient, and uses the ID to fetch the email address and other related information of the recipient. You might also know that setToAddresses() directly sets the email addresses of the recipients as a list of strings. It does not require the recipients to be Salesforce records.
However, there is much more to it than that, and understanding the little quirks and nuances between the two will really help you make a decision when the time comes.
