  1. Flow Builder: Ever since the retirement of Workflow Rules and Process Builder was announced, admins everywhere have been arming themselves with Flow Builder skills to stay on their A-game.?

4. Salesforce Delivers Strong Q4 Results – But What Does the Future Hold?

?Many would say that Salesforce has been Wall Street’s latest ‘talk of the town’.?After disappointing Q3 results back in November ‘22 (like the announcement of Co-CEO Bret Taylor’s departure), things have gone from bad to worse, with six activist investors announcing stakes in the company.?

?But not to fret, as Salesforce has just delivered their Q4 2023 results – and things are looking up. After last year’s turmoil, Salesforce stocks dropped down to levels we haven’t seen since 2019, but Q4 results have seen shares skyrocket, with a 16.4% increase.

Why the sudden increase, you ask? Despite the disappointing numbers of the past quarter, many activist investors have announced large stakes in the company. This demonstrates they see a future in the CRM provider, but also want to have a say in it. However, many see this as a problem, as activist investors only see the bigger picture (i.e. money and higher share prices) and won’t keep the company’s ‘heart’ in mind when making decisions.?[Read More]
