Normally pancakes are the favorite breakfast fair around the world, There are several versions of pancakes all over the world depending on the country’s culture and preferences, They are usually flat, round and topped with flavorful syrup, fruits, jam, chocolate chips or meat.. Vietnam has a lot of variations of pancakes as well.
One of the most unique pancakes of Vietnam is the Banh Khoai of Hue, literally means favorite cake, made of rice flour, corn and sticky rice powder, shrimp, Vietnamese sausage, pork, bean sprout, carrot, green papaya and egg.
