Cross Module Filtering

• ?? HUGE UPDATE ?? Filter by Related Modules: You can now filter records in one module based on fields from related modules, like finding contacts with specific deals.

• Filter by Subforms: Allows filtering based on subform line items, such as identifying sales orders with particular products or quantities.
• Limits: You can select up to 3 related modules or subforms and 5 fields per module.

September 2024 Updates

• Zia Assistance powered by Zoho GenAI with OpenAI as a BYOK option.

• Extension testing before publishing for more reliable deployments.

Bot Filtering

Zoho Campaigns has introduced a new bot filtering feature designed to enhance the accuracy of your email campaign analytics. This feature helps remove bot-generated interactions, such as opens and clicks, which can distort your reports. Key highlights include:

• Accurate Analytics: By filtering out bot activity, you can ensure that your campaign performance metrics reflect genuine user engagement.
• Simple Toggle Activation: You can easily enable or disable bot filtering in your campaign settings, making it accessible for all users.

• Improved Decision Making: With cleaner data, you'll be able to make more informed decisions based on actual user behaviour, without the noise created by bots.
