Kiosk Studio 1.1

  • Customisable Screen Titles: Users can now modify the titles of various screens within their kiosks, allowing for a more personalised interface.
  • New Fields & Actions: The update introduces the ability to configure new fields and actions within the kiosk. This includes customising the fields displayed on screens and defining specific actions based on user interactions.

  • Use of Kiosk Values: Data entered in one part of the kiosk can now be utilised in subsequent screens or actions, enhancing the flow of information within the application.

WhatsApp Templates in SalesIQ

  • WhatsApp Templates Integration: Zoho SalesIQ now supports WhatsApp Templates, allowing businesses to send predefined, structured messages to customers through WhatsApp.

  • Communication Beyond the 24-Hour Window: These templates enable operators to initiate or continue conversations with customers even after the 24-hour messaging window that typically restricts WhatsApp communications.

  • Customisable Templates: Businesses can create and customise WhatsApp message templates directly within SalesIQ, tailoring them to specific scenarios, such as appointment reminders, order updates, or promotional messages.

  • Consistency Across Communications: Using templates helps maintain consistency in messaging, ensuring that all communications adhere to brand guidelines and meet WhatsApp's policies.
  • Efficiency and Reusability: Templates save time by allowing operators to quickly send out pre-approved messages without needing to draft new responses each time, improving the efficiency of customer interactions.

Comprehensive Job Sheet Support

  • Customisable Job Sheets: Job sheets can be tailored to suit various industries, allowing businesses to create checklists and forms that align with their specific service requirements.

Rename Task Module
