This is your weekly roundup of the significant updates and changes from across the world of Zoho.
Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is your ultimate business ally. It's more than just a contact manager - it streamlines sales, automates tasks, and provides advanced analytics for a clear picture of your business.
New & Updates this week, Zoho has released:
Keyboard Shortcuts
Finally... I have wanted this one for soo long!
You can now navigate across Zoho CRM without even needing to leave your keyboard with new shortcuts across the entire app.
Keyboard Shortcuts are disabled by default but can be enabled by going to Setup > General > Personal Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts in the CRM. Once enabled, you also have complete freedom to edit any shortcuts to match your preference.
I hope Zoho enables these shortcuts by default in the future, but this is a great step forward!

Support Access
Have you ever needed support from Zoho to get something working in the CRM? Well, to help Zoho help you, you can now give them temporary access to your CRM to make any updates or changes needed.
Once you've given the support agent access to the CRM, they can use it more or less like any other user, allowing them to identify and resolve support queries quickly.
Plus, any changes the support agent makes in your CRM are automatically logged for you to review if needed.
As someone who's spent many hours on screen sharing with Zoho over the years as they help resolve an issue, I am very glad to see this as a new option to allow their support agent to better assist customers.

WorkDrive
WorkDrive, the Zoho alternative to Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive, offers all the essential features but with a game-changing edge. It seamlessly integrates with your other Zoho apps, revolutionising file management like never before.
This week, we have an update for Developers:
Changes API
The new changes API in Zoho WorkDrive allows you to get a list of changes across all of your files; this, in turn, can then be used to automate file syncing across different locations or platforms.
This change could be a powerful addition to the API for anyone wanting to monitor files and then perform automations based on any changes.
Tired of searching for emails?
In this week’s quick tip, I’ll show you how to connect your emails to the CRM so that they are automatically populated and visible when viewing the contact in Zoho.
Plus, with your emails connected to the CRM, they can be automatically shared with your team, so no more worrying about manually copying information between different systems again!

Never miss an important email from a lead again!
In today’s live build, I’ll show you how to build a simple automation that will highlight leads with new emails so that they are never missed.
This is a really simple automation and doesn’t require writing any code; simply follow along with my step-by-step guide to get it set up for yourself.
It's been a busy couple of weeks at Limitless, we official launched last Monday and amazingly we're already nearing capacity, in fact, I took the decision earlier this week to pause any introduction calls for the next week, so that I can focus fully on my current clients.
I don't want to share too much about my clients right now, but I am really excited to be working with diverse set of different business, ranging from a manufacturing business to a coaching company.
I am at the point now we're I'm getting into a good daily flow of working through tasks for each client, and starting to build a list of ideas for where I can improve Limitless further - I'll share more about this in the next couple of weeks.
For now though, I guess the update is that things are off to a great start and I am excited to see how Limitless grows and changes over the next year!
