Every week I will share and summarize 3-5 ideas and insights with the LinkedIn community. Some of the summarizations I may have covered during the week, and other things may have just been passing thoughts.
1. Investment doesn't make you a unicorn, great customer service does
Picture this: during a recent call with my car provider (a car ride-share startup), I imagined how much better my call might have been with the agent with the benefits of AI. And we've this ride-share car service that has raised over half a billion dollars with terrible customer service. I believe that if they do not fix their customer service issues pronto, they will die off because they are in...

2. #FYPM - fuck you pay me!
Well I was in Hollywood last weekend on the Walk of Stars and I came across this and took the photo.
Sometimes you don't need a pitch, sometimes you just need audacity!!! Stop looking for signs and get scrappy. Nobody wants to hear your boring ass pitch! This caught my attention. If it were a startup, it would've opened the door with me. I can dig the humor side of it. ????????
3. Ideas for free: rent-a-kid
I openly share my ideas. I am not a hoarder of my ideas. I figure if they are good enough, karma will work its way back to me. Maybe someone wants to go in on the idea with me and create a "unicorn with great customer service"?

Ok so you know how day care and babysitting is like SUPER expensive right?!?! No one can ever find babysitters too!
Well I was at happy hour with my brother and girlfriend last weekend and ????BOOM????, it hit me.
We were talking about all the dog sharing apps where you can rent dogs. So I said well what about renting kids.
This can be enticing for:
a. ) Parents - Need extra money and time.
b. ) Non-Parents - Want kids but don't want the overhead and full time responsibility.
c. ) Adopters - Try before you buy (before you have kids) and rent as you go with variety.
d. ) Kids - New experiences, new friends, fun times.
