Week Three Fitness Update

Hi All as promised week number three!

How has it been ....... difficult and now I am digging deep and trying to keep temptation at bay. I have managed another 3lb weight loss making a total of 11lb which keeps me on target for the magical two stone in the two months but only just.

I need to average 3.5lb per week so I need to now get some bigger numbers this week.

My eating regime has been pretty robust with me having a regular breakfast of two Weetabix with skimmed milk for breakfast, mid morning snacks are, low fat yogurt ,banana. Dinner two chicken thighs hot with skin on  and more fruit being two satsumas.Evening gym session followed by either prawns which chicken and brown rice with mixed vegetables and the piece de resistance a Cadbury's Curly Wurly with a cup of tea! God how I look forward to them!!!!

Mr Tom Kerridge has influenced my way of thinking and his book is a dictionary of healthy eating with some really awesome recipes to follow. I was also fortunate enough to have my story retweeted by the man himself which was really nice, lets just hope it helps in raising our target for Jeremiahs Journey charity! Tom if you read this just £20 quid will do!!!!!

The gym session starts by a brisk walk on the tread mill for five minutes then 10 k on the bike which normally takes around 27-28 mins. I then do 10 minutes on the side  and ten minutes on the forward stepping machines.

I hate the side stepping machine why I don't know, it just feels unnatural and I feel like my feminine side takes over and that's not a pretty sight!!!!

This week I missed my critical measurement session with Luke Collins however Liverpool were playing Spurs at Anfield. What a game, however Harry Kane is a definite cheat and in the wrong sport, he should be working along side Plymouths own Tom Daley.

Klopp still inspires me with his enthusiastic side line celebrations which is exactly what I am like when in the same situation ,Yurgen YNWA. When you read this you can kind of understand why I missed Sundays session ,sorry Luke but priorities!!!!

To summarise I am plugging away behind the scenes and need  to focus on my target of achieving what I have set out to do and raise the money for the charity. Please do all you can to help .If all of my connections just gave £1 then we will smash it together.

I will do my bit please help and do yours. This charity needs funds to survive and help the children within our community. Lets hope we don't ever need their help however the reality is that we will.

God bless all and I will update next week measurements and all(unless Liverpool are playing)
