Some of you may have noticed that BeReal has recently released a new feature called Bonus BeReal .

So how do you get a bonus BeReal and what does this mean for the future of the app?

To keep it simple, users that post their BeReal on time get an extra two posts that day. (Only available in selected regions.)

The question on our minds is, if you can post the Bonus BeReals when you want to, doesn't that remove the premise of having to post when told in order to highlight the reality of life, this new feature doesn't feel very #real .

(2/5) TikTok's Jumping on the AI Bandwagon

Your FYP might start looking a little different pretty soon...

Last week, Matt Navarra took to Twitter to share his insights of the new TikTok feature that allows users to create multiple AI profile photos of themselves.

This new AI feature "enables you to create your own custom AI-generated profile images in-stream." [SocialMediaToday]

Users must upload 3-10 photos of themselves and TikTok will generate up to 30 avatars to choose from.

(3/5) Is this the Last Nail in the Coffin for Twitter? Social Network BlueSky is Coming for Twitter's Brand

BlueSky is not yet available to the public but what we can see looks, familiar...

It seems BlueSky took the words of Oscar Wilde a little too seriously "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery". Screenshots on the App Store show BlueSky to look almost identical to Twitter along with its premise being, well Twitter.

It seems users will be able to share short text posts, photos, and like/repost others’ content.

Will this be the new Twitter as Elon drives more concern to the questionable future of Twitter?

(4/5) YouTube Podcasts have Dropped ???

Announced last week , YouTube has finally dropped Podcasts on YouTube Music.

"All listeners can enjoy podcasts on-demand, offline, in the background, while casting and seamlessly switch between audio-video versions on YouTube Music." [YouTube Music]

Not only is there a designated section for podcasts, but users will be able to have free background listening - a feature originally only available to Premium Subscribers!

This is currently only available in some areas in the US but is rolling out everywhere soon.
