It's so hard some days to find a reason to keep going, you're just surviving so to speak. There's days I wake up and I go make my coffee and let the dog out and then BAM!!! I remember my son's dead. It's a horrible realization that slaps you in the face all the time, several days of the week or month. And when it's such a tragic passing, in our case my son committed the "s" word. As a mother I dont think one really ever can shake the belief that you're responsible somehow- whether it's true or not and to forgive yourself and love yourself again is damn near impossible I think. I am no where near that point yet, but Im taking steps to get closer to it at least. I can feel the pain and I understand the grief of everyone experiencing this seemingly impossible task of moving on. Sending love and light, peace and some comforting thoughts and prayers your way. ????
