Great to see HR tech coming out Bulgaria. Another attempt at talent marketplace, the mobile first experience of nPloy might give this service a real chance, perhaps especially with the generation educated on Bumble and TikTok. Look forward to see this service in the UK

Who's Moving?

Hasan Chowdhury joins the London Metal Exchange as Talent Acquisition Manager - Technology. There are some unique organisations out there, and one of the things which I've missed is working at one-of-a-kind type of institutions - I am sure that there are going to be some unique challenges and conditions associated with recruiting there. A Brainfood Live in future methinks.

Karsten Vagner ?joins Define Ventures as Head of People. Great to see senior people roles become a marker of quality in the investment organisations. Some unique challenges also in doing this type of portfolio role - how to provide service and support to multiple brands, multiple companies? Another Brainfood Live!

Raul Cardenas ?joins The Hershey Company as Talent Acquisition Manager - Mexico. So this is now a theme of this week, but again I am reminded of a missed opportunity to learning more about recruiting in non-Anglo centric parts of the world. Time for the Brainfood Live to tour again, and revisit the missing LATAM episode!
