Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support, including scheduling conference calls, meetings etc.
  • Coordinate logistics for client photo shoots, press junkets, premieres, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with film/television studios, brand teams, and other third parties to build detailed schedules for clients and publicists.
  • Accompany clients to press commitments such as interviews, photo shoots, premieres, junkets, and other public appearances.
  • Monitor press coverage, track online sentiment, and prepare comprehensive coverage reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and client teams on a day-to-day basis.
  • Research press contacts and execute media outreach as required.
  • Review, edit, and manage press materials/kits, and media databases
  • Collaborate with the team in brainstorming innovative pitch angles.

Requirements:

  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with Muck Rack, Cision, or similar entertainment research-based programs is a plus.
  • Responsive and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Accreditation Operations Executive - DP World Tour

Wentworth Club, Virginia Water, Surrey | Full Time

The European Tour group, a leading organisation in the world of golf, responsible for prestigious tournaments such as the DP World Tour , Legends Tour , Challenge Tour, and the groundbreaking G4D Tour for disabled golfers. They are even the co-organisers of the renowned Ryder Cup, the forefront of golf's greatest team contest.

As an Administrative and Operational Support member of the accreditation team, you will work closely with Accreditation Managers to assist in organising tournaments across the DP World Tour and the Ryder Cup.   • Oversee data collection and communication with player-related personnel.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proactive and innovative mindset, seeking ways to enhance processes.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • A team player with flexibility, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills.
