My Week

Entire week was spent in Singapore !! Feels different to be at a different part of the world for many days after so many years !!

What a class this was with a Hybrid setup. Our learners loved the whole experience. Thanks Gerald Cadden for another amazing class. Everytime I teach with you, learn some more new things !!

Giving back to the community

When think of the learners / leaders and members of Agile community whom I was lucky enough to know, always thought about constructive ways to give back. I know there are a lot of ways, but what is easy, quick and efficient ? Multiple ways to connect !!

Future

Look out for some exciting community building activities from Agilemania in the coming months.

Settling back and again one more travel to Singapore on the cards for me. 3 times in a month and I am loving this opportunity to teach/coach and consult.

Books I am reading

Meeting friends means travel. More time for Audible !! I will leave the book names with no comments of mine. A book is always a treasure and not knowing before exploring is a positive.

Why a medical related book? Watch-out to read a small review soon.

There are 4 more books in the kitty and not enough time to listen. This is a good problem to have. A very good problem.

An Interesting Thought

A Wicked Problem and my Biased Opinion

Note : An opinion is already biased, and a bias is no more than an opinion

I am adding this section, which was a suggestion from my learners WhatsApp group (Yes, if you are part of my class you get to be part of this WhatsApp group). The ask was, "why not talk about a problem and a potential solution". I did add my spin of Wicked Problem and Biased Opinion. If you have one, do let me know and I will be happy to answer here.

Wicked Problem: When to start a transformation?

Regular Answer: There are many reasons and you will carefully evaluate

Biased Opinion: There can be a start date, but never an end date for transformation. It's a continuous process and way of life. So, you can't get away from transforming on a daily basis.
