This Week in Mental Health

In case you missed it... here are this week's top mental health stories.

Week ending Friday, June 21st.

We lead with news of Kooth's summer campaign, Go Somewhere Good. It's aimed at young people who may have more time on their hands over the summer holidays. For some, that could mean more time spent online or on social media, which can have negative impact on their mental and emotional well-being. Our campaign aims to promote positive activities and 'good places to go' instead.

Explore the campaign for young people here.

Great campaign! And a really helpful reminder that fun does not need to be costly... lots of the suggestions are free and easily accessible. Waterfights definitely bring back memories of childhood and bogging is a new one for me which I look forward to trying.
