Community Housing Network, Inc. has announced Annissa Lambirth-Garrett as its new CEO, effective mid-March. She was selected after a national search to succeed current CEO Samantha Shuler, who has held the position since 2015. Lambirth-Garrett has served as the executive director and CEO of the Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund since 2016.
