This week, I need YOUR help

Hey there!

I hope you're finding these newsletters helpful. I put a lot of effort into making them not just informative, but also entertaining—sprinkling in my take on the latest mental health news, ways to care for your mental health (and those around you), and of course, my signature humor and snark. ??

But this week, I need your help.?As a professional speaker, I’m always on the lookout for new opportunities to spread my message, and that’s where you come in.

Who do you know that I should know?

  • What conferences have you attended that would be a good fit for my programs?
  • What company or organization are you part of that could benefit from understanding how a supportive mental health culture boosts productivity and retention?
  • Maybe your team could benefit from learning how to develop a personalized framework on practical self-care that truly makes a difference?
  • Are you part of an Employee Resource Group for working parents, or professional women, or another group that might be interested in my programs on kids' mental health?
  • Or perhaps you work for a behavioral health organization or a marketing agency that serves them? They could benefit from my new program on the mental health customer journey and the power of family-centered marketing communications.

So, can you help? Make an introduction? Send a referral? Shoot me an email with your suggestions—I'd love to hear from you!?Because while I’m on a mission to change the way we talk about mental health—and how organizations support it—I can’t do it alone. I need your help to reach the right audiences.

With Suicide Prevention Awareness Month in September and Mental Health Month coming up in October, there’s no better time to team up and make an impact!

Need more info? Visit my website at tararolstad.com or email me anytime at [email protected]. I’d love to help you, your organization, or company on this important journey.

Remember, we’re in this together, and we can make a difference.

Interest choice of photo, given Tom Cruise’s well-documented disdain for all mental-health sciences and workers. But your point is well taken, we need to have these conversations and normalize discussing mental health in professional environments.
