This week I became a graduate

Of the Jamie Catto School for the Insanely Gifted.

It's been a ten-month adventure of learning.

About myself, mostly.

And also about facilitating workshops, masterclasses, games, and retreats.

Helping people to understand themselves in an engaging, fun, and gentle way.

Doing the deep work that creates the shifts that help us transform and grow, while keeping it light.

Going for the low hanging fruit among our blindspots and blocks, because as Jamie has pointed out many times, there's plenty of goodness to be found there.

I learned about acceptance.

Of myself mostly.

That my best chance of succeeding in doing what I love is to be 100% me.

Because no one else can do that as well as I can.

I passed this on to one of my clients this week who was about to go on stage at a big event.

"Be 100% you.

"Don't try to be anyone else, or what you think anyone else wants you to be."

It worked.

She nailed it.

One of the biggest lessons I learned on the course is that growth can be fun, lighthearted and gentle, and still be powerful and transformational.

I bring all this into my five step Make The Leap coaching programmes designed to help get more women into leadership and develop the tools and resilience to stay there and succeed.

Next month I am running two one-day accelerator days based around my programme. You can find out more using the links below.
