Big progress so far on improving error messages

• Improvement to pyflyte run and pyflyte serve agent
• Improved error to connect to registry in Imagespec
• Much cleaner error messages coming from the docker client
• Reformatting of exceptions, leading to decluttering of error messages
• Better memory usage in the scenario of big fast register zip file
• Registration error improvements:

• include the name of the Flyte entity containing an error
• Include the names of tasks+workflows in compilation errors
• Error messages now include a delta of the conflicting fields and a suggestion of how to fix it

• Use rich logging by default in local executions
• Highlight missing return statements
