This Week in elletwo-- Bringing it All Together

Hey #teamdifficult:

It's been a minute since we've published on of these. We've been heckin' busy building some new things, and in the process, I figured out how to bring all of the different parts of my heart together. I've talked about it some on the feed, but I wanted to share in your inbox too.

elletwo launches:

LBee Health

Alright, this isn't actually an elletwo product, but it's the biggest thing I've ever done and feels like it deserves every inch of space we can give it.

Last week, we announced our mental health platform, LBee Health -- a home for comprehensive services, support and treatment of conditions related to burnout, toxic workplaces, trauma and other mental health needs.

We are taking everything that we have talked about in this space and on elletwo for the last three years, and we're doing something about it.

We'll launch with support groups in next 30 days, and we would love you to take part in our Beta groups.

Our initial programs will focus on

  • Burnout
  • Compassion fatigue
  • Profession-specific burnout
  • Surviving toxic workplaces
  • Workplace gaslighting
  • Working through infertility
  • More to come

Groups are designed to be low commitment, accessible and open to everyone.

Soon, we will start accepting commercial insurance for therapy, medication management, maintenance and more. We'll be in all 50 states by the end of the year.

Stay up to date on our programs as well as the positions we'll soon be hiring for at lbeehealth.com.

Hiring

We have a huge need for clinical and non-clinical staff to make LBee Health work. Specifically, we're looking for:

Clinical:

Most clinical roles start in 60-90 days based on insurance contracting, but credentialing will need to start ASAP so we're moving quickly. Some clinical staff will start earlier for support group management.

  • Therapists-Multiple state licensure preferred but not required. LMHC and LCSW (or state equivalent) accepted.
  • PMHNPs- Multiple state licensure preferred, but we will license for the right team member. Collaborative agreements provided through position.
  • Psychiatrists- Multiple state licensure preferred.
  • Physician and nurse group leaders for profession-specific burnout groups.

Non-clinical

  • Marketing
  • Patient Coordinators
